Roll cutter, cross cutter or sheeter are used to produce sheets from material in rolls. Our cross cutter and sheeters cutt our clients materials for decades reliably. We offer tailor-made individual solutions based on the latest state of the art. Floor coverings are cut on our cross cutters, as well as paper, cardboard, plastic film of all kinds, insulating and sealing material, textile and wire mesh, thin sheet metal, highly elastic insulating materials or pressure-sensitive foils with supporting backing paper.

Cross cutter PQS 160-164
The cross cutter type PQS 160-164 is equipped with a slitter and a stacker to cut a web (e.g. paper) from roll into sheets and stack them on a pallet. The machine shown is equipped with an inkjet printing system to print on the top of the sheet and has an shaftless rewinder for producing small rolls.

Sheeter type PQS 160 GB
The sheeter type GB is equipped with a slitter as well as a gripper bar stacker and is able to convert two webs in long sheets and stack them with straight edges; e.g. 2x single-sided web of corrugated board.

Cross cutter type PQS 130 reinforced
The cross cutter type PQS 130 reinforced easily cuts floor coverings, e.g. B. PVC with a thickness of up to 10 mm. The sheets are placed manually on the loading table and fed to the cross-cutter. A manual format stop defines the length. There is a driven belt to extract the sheets.

The sheeter was integrated into an existing VARI-ROLL rewinder (made by Jagenberg) and equipped with a stacker.

Cross cutter type PQS 230 f "flying shear"
The cross cutter type "flying shear" is used on webs that can not be stopped or bent. Accordingly, the cross-cutter unit moves synchronously with the web during the cut. The web and sheets are supportet by belts. The cross-cutter knives cut even the most "stubborn" materials (e.g. sandwich web made of PP film and foam or non-woven fabric with a high glass fiber content) up to a thickness of 10 mm and basis weight of up to 2,500 g/m². In order to increase the service life of the cross cutting knives, they are made of special materials.

Sheeter type PQS 230 GB and PQS 165 GB
The sheeter type GB is equipped with a slitter as well as a gripper bar stacker and is able to convert a web in long sheets and stack them with straight edges; e.g. web made of self-adhesive film, polystyrol, paper or rigid PVC with basis weight of up to 600 g /m² and a thickness of up to 2 mm.

Cross cutter "crush cut" type PQS 170 reinforced
The cross cutter type PQS 170 reinforced easily cuts EVA foams as sheets with a thickness of up to 70 mm. The sheets are placed manually on the loading table and fed to the cross-cutting device. A manual format stop defines the length. The stop bar can be removed in order to cut longer sheets.
